Returns
We trust you will be satisfied with your LightingSale.com purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, our return policy is stated below.
Most items purchased from LightingSale.com may be returned within 30 calendar days of receiving the order. Please email Customer Service for more information on returning an item, or call us at 888-805-4837. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and more information on the return address. Products must have the assigned RMA number written on a separate sheet taped to the box or the item will be refused upon receipt. The following conditions apply to all returns:
1) Any returned items must be returned within 30 calendar days of receiving the order and within 15 days of the issuance of an RMA number; and
2) The merchandise must be in its original, uninstalled and unused condition and must be in its original packaging; and
3) The merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt and RMA number.
Broken Items:
If an item you receive is damaged or defective you can return the item to LightingSale.com within thirty days of receipt. We will pay return shipping cost on any item that arrives in broken condition.
Error-Related Returns:
If there is a problem with your order such as a missing part or a broken part please contact our customer service or call us at 1-888-80-LITES.
All Other Items:
You will be responsible for the return postage or shipping fees. We
recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method. The risk of loss during shipping for a returned item is assumed by the
customer. This means it is your responsibility to get the item back to
us in condition in which you received it. No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges.
If a refund is issued, LightingSale.com will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid (including sales tax). Some items purchased over the telephone are subject to additional terms. Items purchased at a discount and clearance items may be subject to a different return policy.
Restocking Fee:
A 25% restocking fee may apply to returns for reasons other than damage or defective returns.
